Kitten Purchase Agreement

• The terms and conditions of the Purchase Agreement are accepted by the Purchaser upon payment of the reservation deposit. 
• The non-refundable deposit will be added to the Devon Rex kitten's final purchasing price. The remaining amount must be paid five business days before you pick up your Devon Rex kitten. 
• The cost of shipping is not included in the purchase price. According to a veterinarian's health certificate, the seller guarantees that the Devon Rex kitten is in good health and condition when it is sent to the buyer. 
• This Devon Rex kitten or cat is bought exclusively for pets [NO BREEDING RIGHTS]. Before leaving for home, the seller consents to have the Devon Rex kitten neutered or spayed. The vendor consents to offer documentation of the veterinarian's spaying or neutering process. This is our way of addressing the issue of backyard breeders and fraudsters while guaranteeing the healthy growth of our Devon Rex kittens.• The buyer pledges to keep your Devon Rex kitten's vaccines and health examinations current, to provide it a clean environment, to never let it walk freely outside, to never put it in a lab or pet store, and to never declaw it.

• Unless previous arrangements have been made and approved by all sides, all Devon Rex kittens must be picked up by the time they are 12 weeks old and picked up or transported no later than 14 weeks old.

• After 15 weeks old, the Devon Rex kitten will be considered abandoned, and the deposit will be forfeited and the Devon Rex kitten resold.

• The purpose of the deposit is to ensure the purchaser's intent to purchase the Devon Rex kitten. The deposit is non-refundable should the Purchaser, for any reason, change their mind and decide to not buy a Devon Rex kitten. A breach of this agreement, either verbal, written, or through neglect or failure to communicate by the purchaser, jeopardizes the chances of placing the Devon Rex kitten in a new home as quickly as possible.
